1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ber939" refers to the online gaming platform operated at ber939.app and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.
• "Platform" means the ber939 website, mobile-optimised interface, and any software or application made available by ber939 for the purpose of accessing its services.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ber939 Platform — whether by registering an account, logging in to an existing account, placing a bet, participating in a casino game, or simply browsing the Platform — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the ber939 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the ber939 Platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your account by contacting ber939 support.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the ber939 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ber939 operates a strict 21+ age policy and employs age verification measures at registration and at any point during your use of the Platform.
• You must not be a resident of, or be accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party, corporate entity, or syndicate when placing bets or accessing casino games, unless ber939 has provided explicit written authorisation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of ber939 or any of its technology, game, or payment providers.
• You must not have previously been excluded from ber939 or have had an account closed by ber939 for breach of these Terms.

ber939 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

4 Account Registration

To access the full suite of ber939 Services, you are required to register a Player Account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• Each individual may hold only one active account on ber939. Duplicate or multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are strictly prohibited. ber939 uses technical and manual controls to identify multi-accounting and will close duplicate accounts without notice, with any balances forfeited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security credentials associated with your ber939 account. ber939 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• You must notify ber939 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• ber939 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

ber939 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and Crypto (USDT). ber939 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
• All payment instruments used must be registered in your own name. ber939 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, and any transaction identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the associated account suspended.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as communicated within the ber939 account dashboard. These limits are subject to change.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing. ber939 targets same-day processing for verified accounts using JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within standard banking hours for bank transfers. Actual processing times may vary.
• ber939 does not charge internal fees on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which ber939 bears no responsibility.
• ber939 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, as required under the Platform's international gaming licence obligations.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ber939 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of each offer:

• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited. Unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from your account at the end of the validity period.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless ber939 expressly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• ber939 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time. Where a bonus has already been claimed, ber939 will honour the terms applicable at the time of the claim unless it determines that fraudulent activity has occurred.
• Systematic exploitation of promotions — including but not limited to bonus abuse, arbitrage betting in conjunction with bonuses, and coordinated multi-account claiming — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• ber939 reserves the right to exclude any Player from specific promotions or from the promotional programme entirely, at its discretion.

7 Casino & Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all gaming and betting activity on the ber939 Platform:

• All casino games are powered by licensed and independently audited software providers. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect the verified, long-run theoretical return and are accurate at the time of publication.
• ber939 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or data feed failure has occurred. In such cases, the stake placed will be returned to your account.
• Sports betting odds are set by ber939 and are subject to change up until the moment a bet is placed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is issued, the odds are locked.
• In-play bets accepted after the relevant event outcome has been determined — due to data feed delays or other technical issues — will be voided and stakes returned.
• ber939 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any market, game, or event at its sole discretion.
• Any bet placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means, or through exploitation of a Platform error, will be voided and the associated funds forfeited.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ber939 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without explicit authorisation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in any capacity — including placing bets, playing games, or exploiting promotional offers.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other multi-player environment.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using ber939 as a conduit for the transfer of funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, RNG anomalies, or Platform errors for financial gain, and failing to report such errors to ber939 support immediately upon discovery.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event on which a bet has been placed with ber939.
• Engaging in any form of abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ber939 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or dispute resolution.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ber939 Platform — including but not limited to the ber939 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of ber939 or its licensors and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform without prior written consent from ber939.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Use the ber939 name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written permission.

10 Privacy & Data

ber939 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing as described therein.

Key data practices include:

• Personal and financial data is collected for account management, identity verification, AML compliance, and the delivery of ber939 Services.
• ber939 employs TLS encryption and secure storage protocols to protect your personal data against unauthorised access.
• ber939 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers strictly for the purpose of delivering ber939 Services.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service failures, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond ber939's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses arising from compromised account credentials.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of sports data, live scores, or match statistics displayed on the Platform, which are sourced from third-party data providers.

ber939's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ber939 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Responsible Gaming

ber939 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. The following tools are available to all registered Players directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
